It’s finally here, everyone! Now, digital wallet app Abra accepts Litecoin (LTC) deposits and withdrawals.
The ability to make Litecoin transactions was already possible on Abra, but now the platform has added in the ability to deposit and withdraw Litecoin directly on Abra.

Litecoin fans everywhere are excited about the news.
Done. Thank you Abra for believing in the power of Litecoin and allowing direct Litecoin deposits and withdrawals. We are free from the shackles of Coinbase fees! #PayWithLitecoin #cryptocurrency #LitecoinNation @SatoshiLite

Manuel Corea is right about the fees – on Abra, there won’t be any extra fees when you use Litecoin on the platform.
Last week, Abra CEO Bill Barhydt teased the Litecoin deposit and withdrawal abilities.

Now that Litecoin deposits and withdrawals are finally here, what does that mean?
Abra users will be able to fund their wallets directly with Litecoin (LTC) from an external wallet. Once on Abra, users will then gain access to the 24 other cryptocurrencies supported on the platform, along with the 50 fiat currencies supported.
Just make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed, otherwise you won’t see the option.
Abra decided to focus first on Litecoin in making deposits and withdrawals acceptable because Litecoin has been one of the platform’s most popular assets for transaction volume. Clearly, the desire to do more with Litecoin was already there.
In time, Abra plans to make depositing and withdrawing also available for the other tokens already listed with the platform.
Litecoin is currently selling for $132.27, which puts the coin down 1.62% in the past 24 hours.
Do you think Litecoin will grow as more and more people begin to use Abra?
